Cap Cana, Dominican Republic: A Caribbean Master-Planned Community Built Around Jack Nicklaus Golf

Cap Cana sits on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic, just south of Punta Cana, with the Caribbean on one side and 30,000 acres of master-planned community on the other. Scape Park offers eco-adventure activities, and El Dorado is a water park for when the grandkids visit. The hotel lineup includes St. Regis, Eden Roc, Sanctuary Cap Cana by Marriott, Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara, Secrets, TRS by Palladium, Margaritaville Island Reserve, and Sports Illustrated Resorts Marina and Villas. For buyers, that means restaurants, spas, and beach clubs within easy reach, plus strong rental demand if you plan to put your place into a program while you are away.

Cap Cana has also drawn a long roster of international partners over the years, including Nicklaus Design, Troon Golf, Marriott, Hyatt, and EDSA. That backing has helped make it one of the Dominican Republic's leading real estate markets. Add in white sand beaches, turquoise water, and a short drive to Punta Cana International Airport, and it is easy to see why second-home buyers and investors keep finding their way here.
